Adding an Audit as a Buy-In for Customers

You can buy into an existing audit in two different ways, depending on whether you know the target name or only the service type.

Option 1: Buy Into an Audit from a Known Target

Use this method if the target has already completed an audit and you know which target you want to buy into.

Navigate to the Targets section.

Find and open the relevant target.


Open the Audit section within the target.

Locate the audit you want to buy into. The button will go from looking like this to this 
Then proceed with the  .
Once you have clicked on Buy-In, a smaller page like this will appear.

Note: You can enter an Order Reference if you require too.

Then just click 

The buyin you just made will appear on the page similar to this


Here you can make a change if needed. If everything is ok, press  and you will be able to view the activity of the audit.


Option 2: Buy Into an Audit via Available Audits

From the main menu, expand Service Orders.

Select Available Audits.

Once you've opened this, a page like this will appear. 


Review the list of available audits once you have entered in the target details or the type of audit it is.

As you can see, in this example below, we have used our Test Target.

Select the audit you want to buy into.

Once selected, the  button will become available.
Click

Once you have clicked on Buy-In, a smaller page like this will appear.

Note: You can enter an Order Reference if you require too.
Then just click 

The buyin you just made will appear on the page similar to this


Here you can make a change if needed. If everything is ok, press  and you will be able to view the activity of the audit.
