User Account Roles, Made Clear

Roles & Permissions

Different roles give different levels of access, so the right people can do the right tasks without unnecessary complexity. A user can only be assigned one role.

Here’s a quick guide to what each role means:

Below is a summary of the available roles and their associated permissions:

  • Audit Purchaser – Purchase audits.

  • Bulk Purchaser – Bulk upload own audits (Dnata-only customer).

  • Contract Manager – Finalise orders.

  • Incident Manager – Log incidents and manage existing incidents.

  • Incident User – Log incidents.

  • Incident Viewer – View incidents (own or all – confirm with administrator).

  • MI Manager – Access Question Analysis report; view standard reports.

  • MI User – Access standard reports.

  • Order Manager – Accept quotes.

  • Technical – Close defects or request them closed (per defect configuration). When closed, status will display “Closed By Customer”.

If you’re unsure which roles are right for you, please contact us. We’ll work with you to make sure you have exactly the access you need.
