Carrying out the Self Assessment

You will now be able to view the self-assessment. The self-assessment is divided into sections and includes various question types, such as multiple choice, numerical entry, and text entry. Please answer each question as accurately as possible.
All questions allow you to add comments and attach files

If you’d like to add a comment about a particular question, you can do so by clicking the speech bubble icon  on the left side of the question.

There will be questions which you will need to attach a file, for these you will see a "Browse" button.

Clicking this will open your file explorer, allowing you to locate and upload the files you want to attach.

As you work through the self-assessment, new questions or sections may appear based on your previous answers. It's important to follow the order in which the assessment is presented to ensure a smooth process. If any questions are left unanswered, an exclamation symbol '!' will flag the section to remind you. There are a number of questions which are mandatory. Please ensure all mandatory questions are answered before submitting.
